In January of 2019, Daniel Hofstra, Chris Bott and John Kraft combined the CPA firms of Schepers and Hofstra, PC and Bott & Company to form Hofstra, Bott & Kraft, PC.

Merging the two firms definitely follows the old saying “the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.” Dan and Chris Bott are friends professionally and personally, and had previously worked together in large firms. They both struck out on their own under different circumstances to build their own unique companies. It turns out their brands are very similar – both providing high quality personal service. John Kraft will also bring more leadership and vision with his increased ownership in the firm.

With this new melding of their two offices, the owners feel that they can meet all of the needs of their clients, offering a full service accounting firm while maintaining close personal service.
